PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

  • Provide Professional Development Opportunities in specialized and general areas of practice.
  • Identify national and local trends in nutritional health and explore the role of dietetics professionals in addressing problems associated with these trends.
  • Review current recommendations and guidelines for improving nutrition practice.
  • Create networking opportunities with colleagues and leaders in the field of dietetics and nutrition.

 

 

 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The registration fees include program admission, program materials, exhibits, refreshment breaks, and lunch on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of pre-registration must be made in writing one week before the conference begins. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation. Cancellations made less than one week will receive only a 50% refund of registration fee. Refunds for cancellations received less than four weeks prior to the conference will be issued after the Annual Meeting concludes.

A block of rooms at the Sheraton Suites Galleria has been reserved for your stay on a first-come, first serve basis.

Reservations should be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-325-3535. Reference the Georgia Dietetic Association when making your room reservations by March 2 to ensure your rate of $109 (Single), $119 (Double), $129 (Triple), $139 (Quad).

  • From Interstate 75 (South) - Take Interstate 75 north to Interstate 285 west. Exit onto Cobb Parkway/State Highway 41 (Exit 259B). Turn left at the light. The hotel is immediately on your right.
